This visit is all about getting to know you, your concerns, needs, and what you are looking for with chiropractic care. Our experience is that most patients haven’t been heard, and we are here to listen to you. We want to know where you are at in your life, and where you want to go. The big stuff. What are your dreams? We want to know these things so that we can see if we can help you get there. We will then assess the function of your nerve system and how it plays out in your life. We will perform 3 neuro spinal tests using state of the art technology, a comprehensive structural analysis, and chiropractic vital signs. All of this information will be studied and will allow us to see if we can help you reach your desired goals and if you are a candidate for care. Please arrive for this appointment with your health history filled out so that we can start promptly. Expect to be in the office for an hour during your first visit.

We call this visit your report of findings. Since your last visit, the doctor has comprehensively reviewed all of the subjective and objective information gathered at your first visit. On this visit, the doctor will review in detail your examination, tell you if she can help, and will direct you to the proper course of action to help you achieve your health goals and get you on track to living your bests life possible.

Please plan on 30 minutes for the report of findings and please come with any questions that you may have.
